Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A Psychoanalyst does not gain any weapon or armor proficiencies.

Communication is Key: Communication is the most important part of any relationship. If a Psychoanalyst cannot communicate, he cannot do his job. To use his "You're Good, You", "It's Your Fault", "It's Not Your Fault", and "It's All Your Fault" abilities, the Psychoanalyst must be able to communicate with his target, and the target must be capable of understanding him. If communicating through speech, both parties must have a common language, and the target must be able to hear the Psychoanalyst.

The Psychoanalyst learns a new language at every level, which can be any language except secret languages (such as druidic).

Ego (Ex): The Psychoanalyst gains a bonus to Diplomacy and Sense Motive checks, Will saves, and Wisdom checks equal to his Psychoanalyst level.

Id (Ex): A number of times per encounter equal to his Wisdom modifier, a Psychoanalyst may make a special Diplomacy check against a single opponent as a standard action. If the result of the Diplomacy check is greater than the opponent’s armor class, that opponent suffers a 1d4 Wisdom penalty, with the duration equal to the Psychoanalyst’s level. At 5th level, the penalty increases to 2d4. Penalties from multiple uses of this ability stack.

Super-ego (Ex): A number of times per encounter equal to his Wisdom modifier, the Psychoanalyst may make a Sense Motive check as an immediate action when attacked by an opponent with a melee attack, substituting the check result for his armor class against the attack.

You’re Good, You (Ex): Beginning at 2nd level, once per encounter as a standard action, the Psychoanalyst may grant all allies within 30’ a morale bonus on Attacks, Saves, and Skill Checks equal to his Psychoanalyst level, for a number of rounds equal to his Wisdom modifier. Multiple uses of this ability overlap, and do not stack.

It’s Your Fault (Ex): At 2nd level, as a standard action a number of times per encounter equal to his Psychoanalyst level, a Psychoanalyst may make a special Diplomacy check against an opponent within 30', opposed by their Sense Motive check. If the Psychoanalyst is successful, he may apply the Shaken condition to an opponent, for a number of rounds equal to his Psychoanalyst level. Creatures immune to Mind-affecting effects are immune to this ability. However, this is not a [Fear] effect, so creature immune to Fear effects can still be affected.

Undergraduate Studies:  Every Psychoanalyst did his early schooling somewhere different.  At 2nd, 4th, and 5th levels, he may advance one class feature he already has, chosen from the descriptions below. The same choice may be made multiple times.
(click to show/hide)

It’s Not Your Fault (Ex): At 3rd level, as a standard action a number of times per encounter equal to his Psychoanalyst level, a Psychoanalyst may remove from an ally within 30' one of the following conditions: Confused, Fascinated, or Shaken. At 5th level, he may expend 2 uses of this ability to remove the Frightened condition.

Transference (Ex): Starting at 4th level, once per round as an immediate action, when an ally within 30' rolls a Will save or Wisdom-based skill check, the Psychoanalyst may attempt the same save or check. The ally can use whichever result it better. The Psychoanalyst is not directly affected by any failed saves or checks when using this ability.

Freudian Slip (Su): A Psychoanalyst of 4th level can make even the surest and most confident speakers feel self-conscious in his presence. As an immediate action a number of times per encounter equal to his Psychoanalyst level, he may apply a penalty to another creature's social skill check equal to twice his Psychoanalyst level.

It’s All Your Fault (Ex): At 5th level, the Psychoanalyst can now use one use of his It’s Your Fault ability to attempt to apply the following conditions to an opponent: Confused, Fascinated, or Frightened. Creatures immune to Fear effects cannot be frightened by this ability. However, creatures immune to mind-affecting effects can now be affected by this, but they gain a +5 bonus on their Sense Motive check.
