  • Lucktheft (Su): As part of the action of creating a spellsong, a Speculator can siphon luck energy out from her allies in order to boost the power of her spellsong. Every ally drained takes a -2 penalty to all rolls for one round, plus however long the spellsong is maintained. In return, the Speculator gets a +3 bonus per siphoned ally. She can siphon one ally per class level, and that ally must be within 30 ft.
  • Adjusted Outcome (Su): When you use Reckless Creation, you can change one of the randomly affected creatures to another creature of your choice in range. At 4th level, you can do this one more time.
  • Terrible Performance (Su): Sometimes, a bad song is better than no song at all. As part of the action of creating a spellsong, a Speculator can siphon spellsong energy from herself in order to boost the power of her allies. She takes a -5 penalty to her spellsong per ally boosted, while the chosen allies gain a +2 bonus on all rolls for one round, plus however long the spellsong is maintained. She can boost one ally per class level, and all allies must be within 30 ft.
  • Fortune Spillover (Su): The magic of Fasnachu begins to leak out of you when you create spellsongs. Whenever you create a spellsong using Reckless Creation, all creatures within 10 ft. of you gain a +1 luck bonus to all rolls for one round. If a creature is affected by Lucktheft they do not get this bonus.
  • Luckslinger (Su): The Speculator projects an aura of luck transference, allowing allies within 60 ft. to transfer a little of their own luck. As an immediate action, any sentient ally in the area may take a penalty to all rolls and caster level (as appropriate) for one round (maximum penalty -10) to give a different ally a +1 bonus on their next roll per two points of penalty taken. They may do this after the result of the chosen ally's roll is known. Bonuses from this ability do not stack with themselves.
