General Gratitude Post

Compared to you experienced chaps, I am but a very small fish.

I just wanted to speak for us minnows for a moment.

I see you guys busting your as... keyboards to get this set up. I see a forum built by gamers, for gamers. I see folks diving in to put this together.

I know what to say the next time I hwar a derisive response to gaming on this style of forum. I'll just point them here.

So, from the minnows hanging out in the shallows, I say thank you.

First as a new member I would love to thank everybody that has saved, scrimmage and scrubbed for all the handbooks that we have tried to save one way or the other. That this also imposed a very meta thought that information can be deleted or taken away just like that. It scares me to think how much more information can be lost. I don't know. To me it feels like this equates to book burnings and how much I personally loved and enjoyed the handbooks. That I continue to read and reread for every last bit to make my games better, my character stronger ,and to win with every fiber of my being. That if i were thrust into these worlds in real life I would not only survive but thrive. That I would rise as king and live that fantasy that we yearn for in are modern lives. Hec some of use would settle for cantrips really. Well to those of you that did help I raise my decanters of Endless Beer and be forever thankful for your foresight and wisdom.
