I've saved a few pages in html, but I'm not really sure how to help save and transfer the information here to the new site.

Could someone offer detailed instructions for people of advanced/modest/minimal technical expertise to do what they can in preserving the communities resources?

I will also add that Bing cache has saved a number of threads, so make sure to check there and other search engines that might have indexed MMX if Google or Wayback does not have the thread.

I know you're probably keen on keeping the appearance all the same from MMX, but I've noticed the forum has a mobile theme, which is an adjustment for me. (not sure if I turned it off on the old site or it just never had one)

Do we want any improved graphics? A header logo, maybe?

The old forum never had one, Prime added one for this. He's also got a large number of other changes in store that he's testing.

A header logo would work if someone has one/can make one.

GitP is mostly for organising the archive effort, but it should see a fair amount of continued traffic. This thread has been more general discussion, and of course there's threads here. You could join in on any of them, depending on your intention or favoured community. If you'd like to discuss what threads to back up, I'd prefer that you do it in the GitP thread, though I do check all threads.

Is there a better BB code generator? I have tons of local HTMLs saved and just don't have the time to go through and at centering and quote tags, etc. The HTMLs already look perfect...

If you run Windows, MerricB's program might do the trick; I haven't tried it, though.

Still have some hundreds of monster classes to carry over. I've done from A to Frostwind Virago and TC X0 Lt 0X says he's taking care of Z to Tarrasque. Anything in between you can bring to the new forums would be a great help.
