Battlesmith (RoS 97-99)
Non-Dwarf Battlesmith
Status: Needs tweaking and/or clarification
Requirements: Has a cultural requirement similar to the Dwarf's love of weapon- and armor-smithing instead of requiring the Dwarf race
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: What that cultural requirement is needs to be addressed. The class is intended to represent more than just a master weaponsmith.
Blade Bravo (RoS 99-100)
Non-Gnome Blade Bravo
Status: Works out of the book
Requirements: Can be of the Halfling race or a Fey of size Small or smaller in addition to being a Gnome
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: None.
Cragtop Archer (RoS 101-102)
Elven Non-Mountainous Archer
Status: Concept only
For this adaptation, race of Elf is required, the Climb and Mountain Warrior requirements are to be replaced with other skill and/or feat requirements, and the Adept Climber and Strike From Above class features should be replaced. Note that this is separate from the Elven Treetop Archer adaptation.
Elven Treetop Archer
Status: Works out of the book
Requirements: Requires Elf race, does not require the Mountain Warrior feat
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: None.
Note that this adaptation is distinct from the Elven Non-Mountainous Archer adaptation.
Dawncaller (RoS 103-104)
Non-Goliath Dawncaller
Status: Works out of the book
Requirements: Does not require Goliath race
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: The adaptation suggests some revision for non-Goliath Dawncallers. It's reasonable to assume that only fluff would need changing as none of the abilities are race-specific, but you may want to change some of it anyways. Consult your DM.
Note that this class actually works better as written for a non-Goliath Bard than for a Goliath Bard. The 10th level class feature, Song of the Mountain, only affects humanoids and the Dawncaller himself. Goliaths are Monstrous Humanoids.
Divine Prankster (RoS 107-109)
Non-Gnome Divine Prankster
Status: Works out of the book
Requirements: Requires worshipping a deity of trickery or humor instead of Garl Glittergold, does not require the Gnome race
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: None.
Earth Dreamer (RoS 110-111)
Elemental Dreamer
Status: Concept only
The book suggests similar Prestige Classes to exist for the other three elements. Such PrCs would replace the Earth Glide and Tremorsense abilities with others more appropriate to their element.
Iron Mind (RoS 114-115)
Drow Shielded Mind
Status: Concept only
Replace the Heavy Armor Proficiency feat requirement with the requirement of the Drow race. Replace the Damage Reduction and Lend Resolve class features with "abilities more evocative of the drow, such as better spell resistance or new spell-like abilities."
Runesmith (RoS 119-120)
Non-Dwarf Runesmith
Status: Needs tweaking and/or clarification
Requirements: Dwarf race requirement should be replaced by something else to make the entry requirement somewhat tougher
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: What the extra requirement is to make entry "somewhat tougher" is not given. I would suggest some sort of shield proficiency given the picture of the Runesmith inscribing a rune on his shield.
Shadowcraft Mage (RoS 121-122)
Non-Gnome Shadowcraft Mage
Status: Works out of the book
Requirements: Requires being a member of a cabal of illusionists instead of requiring the Gnome race
Gains: Nothing
Loses: Nothing
Suggested Changes: None.
Stonedeath Assassin (RoS 125-126)
Poison Thorn AssassinStatus: Concept only
This adaptation is for Elves only instead of Goblinoids.
You could create a similar "poison thorn assassin" class, for example, that was designed for elves, not goblinoids. You would replace meld into stone, stoneskulk, and corrupt stone with forestskulk, tree shape, and perhaps tree stride or blight. Rather than stonedeath strike as a 5th-level ability, perhaps a poison thorn assassin can exude its own poison periodically for a particularly deadly attack.
Stonespeaker Guardian (RoS 127-128)
Magmaspeaker Guardian and Oceanspeaker Guardian
Status: Concept only
These adaptations change the focus on stone and mountains to one of fire, magma and volcanoes or one of water and oceans. The class features would need to be redone and the Stone Form feat requirement would need to be replaced with a new feat appropriate to the new element and environment. Thus the Magmaspeaker Guardian would be able to take on a fiery form or one made of magma, and the Oceanspeaker Guardian would take on a watery form with a swim speed and eventually the Vortex ability of Water Elementals.
